The account is staffed by a primary biller and back-up billers to ensure the physician activity billing is not delayed.

GlobalNet Solutions provides the following services:

Billing & Collections (on-going services)

• Fee schedule review
• Operational Billing Controls Review (e.g., daily charge batching, daily receipt batching).
• Collection Policies Review
• Same day electronic insurance billing.
• File secondary insurance claims.
• Correct and respond to denials and requests for additional information timely.
• Maintain records and audit trail of daily charge and receipt activity.
• Direct Patient Billing.
• Comprehensive monthly reporting (and as needed) of Accounts Receivable, production and other analysis reports. (revenues by procedure, adjustments and payments)
• Work Accounts Receivable and continually benchmark performance statistics with national data provided by groups such as Medical Group Management Association.

Software and Software Hosting (on-going services)

• Host data at a “state-of-the-art,” carrier class data center.
• Create a Virtual Private Network (VPN) using advanced encryption protocols.
• Provide nightly, weekly and monthly backup services for disaster recovery.
• Provide redundant upstream internet feeds, generator and battery backup.
• 24/7/365 help desk coverage.
• Implement upgrades to software.

Fees

Billing and Collections:
These services are based on a percent of collections. One-time site set- up fee’s are charged and due at contract signing which cover site and user set-up as well as VPN/firewall hardware.

Hardware:
If your practice chooses to utilize our remote hosting of software option GlobalNet will provide hardware configuration specifications. Hardware may be purchased through GlobalNet at competitive prices. Please note that in a hosted software environment, capital expenditure on hardware can be greatly reduced.

Internet Connection:
GlobalNet will assist in securing an internet connection at cable or higher speeds. The physician practice is responsible for the cost of the internet connection.
